Louie Reynoso b.1986 is a Chicago based photographic artist and small business owner interested in long form photographic projects. His current photography practice is split into two long form investigations. One of those investigations aimed at places in Chicago that explore ideas of anachronism and act as a palimpsest for the ideas and ideals that shaped the city. Balanced by a curiosity driven investigation into our perception of the natural world and our role as stewards of that world. With an approach that leans into the more magical properties of the photographic medium meant to challenge our limited human centric perspectives of our relationships with nature.
